First 24 hours

The first 24 hours went swell! I rode great in the car, although I do like to look out the window. I pooped when we got out of the car and wandered around my new temporary neighborhood. Then we went inside. Oh boy was that exciting! I got to smell and meet everyone in the house, including a 60 pound Christie dog and two cats (both of whom are bigger than me!). I am totally fine with dogs and cats and have even lived happily with kids.

I absolutely LOVE to snuggle and be held. I don't think I'll ever get enough of either!

My foster parents had plans last night so they left us all home alone. When they came home, no accidents by me, since I'm house trained. We went outside and took a stroll around the neighborhood. Then it was bed time and at first they put me in a separate room in my crate (I'm crate trained) but I wanted to be near my new family so I cried a little. So they brought me into their bedroom where I slept peacefully and the whole night. Christie and the two cats were in there, too, and we all had sweet dreams.

This morning, I woke up and did some cute stretching, then we went outside for a walk. It was a long walk around the park and through the neighborhood, but I kept up and did my business. Then inside for breakfast and then I got back into bed and snoozed the lazy Sunday morning away.

Won't you meet me? I'll make a perfect only dog or a great addition to your fur family. I've got stinky breath, but I'm older and probably need my teeth cleaned. But that's my only flaw! I have a big personality for a small dog and you'll spend your time giggling at me as I waddle around the house and do the infamous Chihuahua hop.

Please contact Pixie Project if you'd like to be my long term foster home (I'm in emergency foster now because the shelter was too full) or my PERMANENT HOME!! Oh, I'd like that so much.
